The Team Member is responsible for producing real estate transactions. This is accomplished by making contacts, incubating prospects, managing the sales process, and closing transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Manages the sales process with the assistance of the Transaction Coordinator.

Contacts all current customers weekly.

Develops a Center of Influence greater than 200 people.

Makes 25 contacts daily.

Performs other related duties as required.

Enhanced Knowledge of Sales Techniques.

Mastery of the TBR Contract and Associated Documents.

Ability to effectively Manage Time.

Ability and Desire to establish rapport and credibility.

Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.

Ability to appropriately manage objections.
